The program was created to support individuals of all gender identities in becoming allies to women leaders and advancing efforts to reduce the gender gap for female leaders.

�ؾ���’s biology undergraduate program was recently ranked one of the best in the nation for women by Washington Monthly, with 87% of program graduates identifying as female.

�ؾ��� will host several events throughout campus to celebrate Latino and Hispanic culture in the United States as well as confront challenges these communities face.

This year’s conference will be “Immigration and the American Dream,” with discussions focused on the challenges and opportunities faced by those seeking a better life in the United States both in the past and present.
