Our team of professional staff, faculty members, and student staff members provide RU students with free, one-stop access to Peer Success Coaching, Peer Tutoring, and Disability Services. We offer testing accommodations and study spaces for individual and group use. We also host focused workshops and social events, and offer direction on RU resources for student success. On the Chicago campus, our location in the RU Library which offers convenient access to library staff and resources.

Request accommodations and access ongoing support by connecting with Disability Services in the Learning Commons. Disability Services serves RU students with documented disabilities.
We promote equitable opportunities for individuals with disabilities by ensuring accessibility and full participation in all aspects of campus life. The use of these services is voluntary and confidential. RU students in Chicago, in Schaumburg, and online can visit the Disability Services webpage to access information and request support.
On each campus, the Learning Commons offers testing accommodations to ensure students with disabilities have an equitable opportunity to demonstrate knowledge of course material being assessed with exams and quizzes. Disability Services staff determine accommodations based on the impact of a student鈥檚 disability and current disability documentation. Exams are administered in person by staff members.
Faculty members are responsible for arranging testing accommodations for their students using the web form for the appropriate campus.
