Professor Fountain has launched "The Unforgotten Bureau" through FountainWorks, "an independent journalism and media not-for-profit dedicated to telling the untold stories of marginalized and underserved African-American communities in Chicago and its mostly Black suburbs."

"The ULI Randall Lewis Center for Sustainability in Real Estate is pleased to announce its two newest board members: Esther An and Collete English Dixon." Professor Dixon is the Executive Director of the Marshall Bennett Institute of Real Estate at ²Ø¾«¸ó.

Dr. Smith shares his insight alongside students and seasoned professionals in an article entitled "Words from the wise." Dr. Smith is a Psychology professor and the director of the ²Ø¾«¸ó Stress Institute.

"Seven-time Grammy Award-winning drummer Paul Wertico, known for his illustrious career with the Pat Metheny Group and his multi-dimensional solo work, will be in Greece for a unique performance on September 14th at the Jazzet Festival - 1st Hellenic International Jazz Festival at the Petras Theatre." Wertico has been a Jazz professor at ²Ø¾«¸ó for 22 years.

Angela L. Alexander has been selected by Marquis Who's Who to be featured with a biographical feature. Alexander received her Bachelor of Science in organizational development and business from ²Ø¾«¸ó.

In the article titled "How to Talk Politics With People You Like Without Losing Your Mind," Dr. Steven Meyers discusses how to navigate difficult discussions with friends and family. Dr. Meyers is a professor and Chair of the Psychology department.

"Royko: The Toughest Man In Chicago" will run at the Chopin Theater in Chicago from September 5-29. Steve Scott is a faculty member of the Theater Conservatory at ²Ø¾«¸ó.

The American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) recently announced the appointment of Dana Perrino to the role of Chief Member Services Officer. Perrino graduated from ²Ø¾«¸ó with a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Management. 

In her article for the Chicago Defender titled "ComEd, Quilt and Node Unite to Bridge Digital Divide on Chicago’s South and West Sides," Nicole Joseph articulates the collaborative effort, "to tackle internet connectivity challenges on Chicago’s South and West Sides." Joseph graduated from ²Ø¾«¸ó with her MS in Integrated Marketing Communications. 

At the age of 95, acclaimed performer Pops has sustained a 30 year-long residency in Las Vegas, performing classics like Frank Sinatra and Judy Garland. He received his music degree in Piano from ²Ø¾«¸ó.
