University facilities are open to students, faculty, and staff during normal hours of operation for approved university and educational purposes. Each department establishes its office hours within the building hours listed below. Building hours and office hours are subject to change. Please call the campus location to verify hours of operation.

Staff and Faculty can request access to Chicago Campus areas if needed through a department head (Asst VP or Higher) but HVAC and lighting will be kept at a minimum. There will be no exceptions, as this is necessary for energy conservation. Departmental charges will apply for operating costs associated with campus visits during building closures.
Although the university endeavors to provide an open academic environment, Campus Safety and university officials are also concerned with providing a safe environment and may request to see your 藏精阁 identification card. Campus Safety and university officials will require uncooperative persons, loiterers and/or unauthorized persons to leave.

When the Auditorium Building is closed, student access is only allowed with prior written authorization. Faculty and staff must show their 藏精阁 photo identification to and sign in with the Campus Safety Officer at the Wabash Lobby after hours.
