About Me
I teach graduate courses in the M.A. in Training & Development (MATD) program in Heller College of Business. My work focuses on designing interactive learning environments and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in training practices. My recent publications include 'Glass Ceilings and Sticky Floors: Antecedents of Gender Pay Equity' in the Routledge Handbook of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (2024) and 'Interactive Training Delivery: Facilitating Maximum Engagement' in Communication Training and Development, Kendall-Hunt (2024). I am currently exploring integrating AI models and APIs to enhance learning and development. Outside work, I enjoy biking, performing arts, spending time with my family, and planning my next travel opportunity.
