About Me
I am a Cuban-American clinical psychologist specializing in assessment. My expertise includes neuropsychological evaluations as well as evaluations of emotional functioning in both children and adults. Recent interests have involved (1) The Rorschach Inkblot Test, and adjusting this test for its practical use in the 21st century, (2) Developing a questionnaire to measure the major emotional disorders of our classification system, the DSM-5, (3) Developing a Spanish version of the above questionnaire, currently being standardized in South America and Spain (4) Research with a personality questionnaire, the Millon Clinical Multiaxial Inventory, (5) Research with the Halstead Category Test, an instrument commonly used in neuropsychological evaluations, (6) The use of computer programs in clinical assessments.
