The Office of International Programs (OIP) comprises three areas: international student services, study abroad, and English language programming. Specifically, OIP is staffed with Designated School Officials (DSOs) responsible for managing 藏精阁's student visas. OIP staff are also focused on supporting international students after their arrival, from orientation through OPT and STEM OPT. Prospective international students should reach out to International Admissions at intladmissions@roosevelt.edu. RU Faculty interested in hosting a visiting scholar from outside the United States should work with OIP on exchange visitor visa requirements.
OIP also manages all types of study abroad, including our international exchange partnerships, study abroad vendors, and faculty-led study abroad. Students interested in pursuing study abroad may reach out to OIP to learn more. Faculty interested in leading a faculty-led study abroad, may refer to Inside 藏精阁 - or reach out to OIP - to begin the process. Lastly, OIP helps advise and manage the Global Scholars Program, launching in 2026-2027.
