About Me
Stacy Boss, Psy.D, is the Director of Organization Effectiveness for the Beth Israel Lahey Health and Hospital System. She is also an adjunct professor (graduate and undergraduate level) at Bentley University (Boston) and 藏精阁 (Chicago). She holds her doctorate in Organization & Leadership Psychology from William James College, her MBA and MPhil (Change & Organization Behavior) from University of Strathclyde Graduate School of Business (Glasgow, Scotland), and MA in history/political theory from University of St. Andrews (Scotland).
Stacy specializes in OD/OE, culture, behavioral assessment, stakeholder identification/analysis/engagement, facilitation/mediation, organization design, performance management/succession planning, employee engagement and change management & transformation. She has been aligned to HR and Strategy departments of global organizations and has a passion for diagnosing and resolving sophisticated human capital problems while promoting capability building. She is SPHR certified, Green Belt (2x), Scaled Agile & Lean certified, certified Employee Engagement leader, an AVA certified analyst and a qualified MBTI administrator.
She has worked and lived on five continents with over 20 years global business experience. Stacy is published in Organization (Special Edition) on storytelling and change and has a 2023 article, with Dr. Deb Orr, entitled Analogical Alignment between Integrative Medical Levels of Dysfunction and Organization Development Diagnosis: An Extension of Weisbord鈥檚 Six-Box Model. Her current research is focused on workplace bullying, cultural enablers, and implications for tolerance.
